Founded in 2012 by Imron Christopher Loman, a Curtin University graduate and architect from Perth, Western Australia, CAVANA is a prominent property developer in Jakarta, specializing in premium housing. Over time, the company has expanded its operations to include the hospitality sector, offering co-living and commercial spaces.
CAVANA, a renowned company recognized for managing exclusive projects in both Jakarta and Bali, is part of a larger group of property developers with investments in Indonesia. This group includes The Akasha Bali in Seminyak. Additionally, The Akasha will extend its presence to the Canggu area, commencing operations in early 2024, and has an upcoming project planned for the Berawa area. The company’s core focus lies in continuous innovation, blending practicality with creative and unconventional designs in its residential projects.
